Pay Attention!

Strikes me not as a survey about what one generation thinks, versus another, but rather as a reflection upon who is running the meeting:

If you are the chair, you won't like people using devices. Period.

I see this whether the meeting leader is 25 or 55 years old.

But more meetings in more traditional offices (like those targeted by the survey) are run by Baby Boomers than Gen Y-ers. But the reactions are the same.
